大堂及整理房间卫生大姐服务周到，个人感觉满意！谢谢你们！！不足之处就是餐厅菜品差又少，住三夜，23号早餐的面条是隔夜 酸的！本人希望贵店以客为本？！有机会再来的。

我见过的同价位酒店里服务最到位的，虽然硬件稍显不足，还是值得推荐一下，而且很开心免费升级了房型，这种人性化政策多多益善

酒店位置很好。做公交车很方便，走到常州北站高铁站的直达车。离瞿秋白纪念馆很近，旁边还有吾悦国际广场，购物方便。离梳蓖巷也不远。

【环境】花筑临水阁名字起的很好听，位于乌镇景区附近，周围吃的地方很多，出行超方便，客栈后面的确有条小河，夜里步行一百多米还有一家很赞的酒吧，有驻唱歌手…客栈房间里很温馨，布置的也很简洁大气，唯一缺陷是卫生间敞开式有点不方便。
【服务】特别感谢工作人员小姐姐，原本周末酒店上定了房间，由于某些特殊私人原因要改期，小姐姐的微信得知后与店长商量了同意了，这次周末去乌镇给我感觉真的很好特别是乌镇的人民，都很淳朴热情，去的时候有些下雨???前台小姐姐专程打伞出来接，客栈门口有糖果龙虾片咖啡红茶供住客随便取用，晚上还有银耳羹甜品，早餐量很多，虽然都是粗粮没有五星酒店的精致但是还是很有家的感觉…临走时店长还给我们一人一盒乌镇特产姑嫂饼，真的是不好意思！200多一晚的住宿住出了2000元的待遇[流汗][流汗][流汗]哈哈哈哈开玩笑啦！总之真的非常愉快的住宿体验！大家都来住哦！
