非常好的一次入住！打算过一阵子带全家人来玩也住这里。花的钱太值了，房间里还有水果和零食！和同事出差，刚开始不知道具体位置，从高速下来，进了城区就看到了，两个人吃饭就在一楼，第二天去了一趟市政府，走高速二十多分钟，交通便利！服务员也很专业，给我俩去超市指了路，贴心！晚饭出去看了看，感觉这个地方挺干净，离河边也很近，挺适合晚饭后遛弯的。里面装修也很气派，在承德住了这么多次，这是最好的一次体验了。

每一次过来都住君安凯莱，从进去酒店就能感受到每一个服务人员的热情，进去房间摆放着免费的饮料，果盘，还有客房服务员的温馨提示及周到的服务让我们都觉得不好意思了，最让我们感动的就是要离开的时候发现保安人员帮忙擦了车，现在很少有这样各方面都周到的酒店。我个人亲身体验，极力推荐朋友们外出一定要选择在这里。君安凯莱给你满分，你值得拥有！

来承德第一次住凯莱酒店 交通太方便了 承秦高速承德县出口就到酒店了 ，房间非常好，干净整洁，前台服务态度也很好，还送了水果饮料，早餐丰盛，走的时候发现保安大哥帮忙洗了车，真是非常暖心的服务，以后来承德还住这，地理位置好到避暑山庄20分钟车程，够星级服务，设施很新，价格实惠，性价比高。
