服务态度比较差，居然让客人自己与艺龙客服联系；酒店卫生间排风扇坏了也不给维修；卫生间地面倒坡，洗完澡后存水3厘米。

在风景区内，酒店风景很不错，但服务很差，我们订的豪华标间，住的楼都看不到服务员，入住后发现房间的垃圾都没倒，床单铺的还算整齐，可洗手间的浴巾都是上家房客用过的，乱七八糟仍在地上，都没有收拾，房间进去有霉味，实在对不住500的价格
