原定19日去承德招生，因特殊原因，承德那边的学校取消了招聘会，我也第一时间告知了酒店，但是酒店不给退房费，让我走保险，可保险公司只赔付了一半的房费，自己因公出差却赔了二百八，你们酒店是不是应该反思一下，不是个人原因发生的事情，给退费对于你们酒店一点儿影响也没有，为什么坚决不退钱，所以只能给差评。
