前台美女微笑服务，很暖心！安排的房间是706，面积大，景观好，朝东和朝南均有窗户，俩个方向都能看见武烈河。酒店位置不错，步行即可到避暑山庄。出酒店大门向左避暑山庄方向有金龙购物广场，酒店大门右手方向是双百购物广场，双百下面有个大超市，水果很便宜，买了很多。酒店设施老旧，但功能尚好，马桶、淋雨都很好用。不是旺季，早餐人少，不吵，干净。看着朝闻天下，喝着咖啡，吃着早餐，很惬意。酒店有个小后院，停车很安全。11.1承德开始供暖，我去的这段时间没到供暖季，但酒店从下午4点开始有空调热风，而且房间内还有2条备用被子，一点都没感觉冷。

一家五口假期来承德旅游，入住盛华酒店，总体很满意。这里要特别感谢一下前台接待小党和小任，在得知我们带了小孩之后，特意赠送了小孩的早餐劵，非常贴心，表示感谢！
