可以理解这是在草原来说全是比较好的酒店了，但是，酒店服务不热情，房间收拾不干净，房间没有电话，不能和总台联系。有事都要自己跑一趟，虽然不远。周边没有什么吃的，只能在酒店用餐，但价格高得离谱。虽然草原都这样。到御道口风景区很近，只要五公里。算了吧，草原美丽的景色只能让我忘却草原上的各种配套服务设施等等的不满意。。。

庄园的外观很漂亮，房间很简陋，进住后发现房间里至少7个灯不亮，服务态度不好！但有一个保安哥哥要赞赞，是个全能的员工！！！

外形很好看，院子环境好，但是服务真的太差了！我这也不算是旺季来，价格不便宜不说，连热水都没有！没法洗澡。不建议来这里。性价比太低
