酒店从外面看着特别有档次有感觉，但内部确实差了点，一是没有拖鞋，必须得自己找服务员要，房间没有电话，服务员还特别不好找，服务意识差了点；二是房间内没有衣服架，洗衣服没地晾，找服务员要了，被告知没有；三是卫生间的玻璃门把手都掉了没给装，开关门很不方便，设施设备比较差

太热了房间，豪华标间简直就是个坑，有露台晚上怕蚊子等小虫不敢开门屋里简直闷到爆，浑身都是汗，跟前台协商了好几次都没能换房以至于晚上热醒在写差评，屋里有个中央空调开关既然是摆设，火透！奉劝各位伏天来避暑的这个房间真的不适合，屋里一股怪味，还好床上看着还行，但是热的简直就不是来避暑的！空有这么高的房价！真是空有外表了！装个空调有错吗？前台说坝上没有空调的酒店很多但是你们不能装吗？毕竟房价比你家高的也没有几家啊！食堂饭菜还行价格吧景区有便宜的吗？确实觉得国内游就是有点坑人！

携程4星，河北3星，京沪2星标准。典型的河北服务，餐厅/前台回答问题都是大概，问家常饼大小，回答20公分左右，上来一看直径对，但是10人份，3人如何吃得完? 床单有明显污渍，房间里一只大蛾子，一只大甲虫，洗手间里杯子壁有肥皂污渍，枕头不少，大床房4只枕头，只是个个高大，令人望而生畏，。。。。。
