酒店非常好，距离景点差不多都是步行20分钟或者车程5-10分钟。
餐厅也很好。早饭有鸡汤，而且服务员特别豪爽，鸡肉管够，可以自己拿。一到承德就冻着了，鸡汤救了我。
退房时前台还送了我一套香薰，一定是看我乖。

酒店位置佳，离避暑山庄很近，但也要开车或打车，走路的话要半小时。酒店周围一条护城河，环境优美，早起晚上都可逛。离承德最大的超市走路五分钟，每周日打折力度大，自驾的可以带货回家。离步行街打车7-9块，承德本身地方也不大。酒店干净。服务不错。疫情期间扫码登记完备。

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，前台服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住

服务态度非常好，服务员都会笑脸相迎，主动问好。酒店属于地方四星，跟大城市的四星级酒店比硬件条件还是有差距的。地理位置还不错，自驾离景点距离都比较近，整体好评！

我们订的不含早餐，所以，不做评价，有免费的停车场，就在酒店楼下，家里孩子小的话，可以和家长一起睡，不能加床。位置很好，交通方便。
我给酒店服务态度五星好评。超级点赞！我们有老人孩子，需要服务员加被子，枕头什么的，从前台服务员到客房服务员态度都很好，都是微笑服务，并且赠送了小零食，退房还有小礼物赠送。总体感觉很舒服。房间也很干净整洁。还有卡片全部是手写的，体现了酒店的用心与真诚。下次去承德还住喜来佳。
