这个店真不错，服务态度也好，环境也好，就是一点店内办理围场坝上游的旅行社不地道，安排的不好，订的宾馆服务有问题也不给明确处理意见，强调理由，安排经办人员导游轮番跟我磨，真没劲！你说旅行社服务有问题赶快安排按照规则处理就是了，用各种方式抵赖真不好！

店很好，服务好，热情，就是艺龙服务不行，第一天房费高了，也不给明确答复，人工客服太扯淡，没有回信，跟我玩文字游戏，让我提供原来订房截图，你们艺龙连个明细都查不了吗？原来对艺龙印象很好，这一次真是很失望！！！
