服务态度非常好，坐在大堂等车时，会主动为宾客倒水，第一夜觉得床铺偏硬，跟管家反应后，管家建议再多铺一层被子增加柔软度。如果硬要挑剔，就是早早餐太过中式。酒店的人员脸上都有笑容，令人十分愉悦。

服务非常好很贴心，房间很大很舒服，早餐偏中式。进房时反应房间有烟味，管家就主动询问是否需要换房？服务意识强，且主动积极解决问题，这点令人很感动。因为我们觉得换到其他楼层与同行家人交流不方便，就说不用更换。第二天一早便跟主动安排我们搬到对面套房，免费升级，非常感谢酒店贴心服务。有机会到承德一定再次造访贵酒店。
