服务非常好很贴心，房间很大很舒服，早餐偏中式。进房时反应房间有烟味，管家就主动询问是否需要换房？服务意识强，且主动积极解决问题，这点令人很感动。因为我们觉得换到其他楼层与同行家人交流不方便，就说不用更换。第二天一早便跟主动安排我们搬到对面套房，免费升级，非常感谢酒店贴心服务。有机会到承德一定再次造访贵酒店。

去爬金山岭长城，本来想住新开的长城底下的那个悦榕庄旗下品牌酒店，但看评论很多说不好，果断开出来到双滦这个高评分五星入住，果然没有失望。很好的酒店，服务意识很强，硬件设施也很好，房间宽敞，整体服务可以跟国际五星服务相媲美，入住退房速度都很快很方便。餐厅饭菜和早餐口味也都不错。相对这个价格性价比超高。

春节出行，体验很好！错峰出行的关系吧，来承德的游客不多。
房间够大，入住送了糕点和果盘，有大浴缸，干湿分离，沐浴用品是欧舒丹的，配有加湿器，电动窗帘，走廊有夜灯。挑刺的一点是：洗手台的圆形化妆镜太高了哦。
服务员笑脸相迎，管家式服务，每件事情有始有终，落实到位。
