酒店没达到4星标准，好多设施是坏了，台灯和一个顶灯是坏的，电视没有信号，找来修理的人才算弄好。洗手间就更不达标了，很小，浴缸的下水是坏的，也没有浴帘，一洗澡，地上都是水，穿拖鞋很滑，很危险！

酒店位置优越，综合环境还好，就是酒店前停车场无人管理，乱停车，有损酒店形象！但是酒店下的导游服务非常好，细致，耐心，而且价格非常合理！

服务太差，网上预付了410元的大床房，房间小到不能再小，居然大床的一边是贴着墙的，卫生间还有蟑螂！地毯上全是烟头烫的印！一夜都没睡踏实！太差，太差，太差！欺负外地游客！
