很不错的酒店 设施齐全了酒店服务人员都很热情 早餐样式还好 后院有孩子玩的游乐区适合带孩子家庭 离景点都很近 晚上可以看到烟花～年底会有雪景 还会入住～

干净利落卫生的酒店，服务人员都特别有礼貌。早餐太棒了。吃了羊汤、第一次吃到核桃包（核桃仁做馅）。菜品多。都是以马为主题的布设。好棒啊

难得清静吧，位置在景区里，比起整个坝上来吃喝玩乐都方便，酒店比较新，卫生很干净，服务人员素质不错，也很亲切，周末看烟花真的很美，还回去住，有些个别小问题已经给经理反馈了，希望越来越好

冬天到坝上来看雪，选择了白马酒店，感受到服务人员都非常热情，前台为我们免费升级并给选择了层数高位置好的房间，酒店的每一位工作人员见面都热情的打招呼。另外酒店大厅、楼道、房间都很暖和，床品非常舒服，房间里的东西都是免费的，饮用水不够还可以加，晚间还送水果，早餐丰富，环境好卫生也好，还配备了儿童牙具，免费停车，总之物超所值。

到店后服务员马上过来帮忙拿行李，原本定的标准大床房，到店后免费升级了高级大床房，整个过程服务超赞，早餐也还不错，品种不多但很好吃，酒店装潢很有特色，大厅的马头不是对着门口，不知有什么说法。
