很值，交通方便，地铁1号线在附近，机场大巴在酒店对面，酒店打车到机场40元左右，附近的公交车82路可以直达武侯祠、锦里。 服务人员都挺客气，前台的人员服务意识不错，主动热情，行政楼层可享受行政楼层的茶点及小食。 自助早餐品种挺多， 孩子很喜欢，下次来还会入住。

酒店贵宾楼环境很好，27楼行政楼层还有免费小吃和饮品，房间很大，早餐还算可以，客服人员服务很温馨，下次入住成都还会光顾本店。

老牌国企，住的新楼，房间尚可，服务一般，服务员见到客人一般不主动说话。早餐一般般，东西没了也不加，人多要早去。房间淋雨开关很小，难用，尤其是手上有浴液后根本开不开。洗脸池边有缝，水很容易进到缝里藏污纳垢。宾馆地理位置很好，出行方便。不知宾馆为何弄两个印度人把门，也不跟客人说话，难道这样可以提升宾馆档次？还是加强培训，提高服务质量的好。总之，作为知名五星级宾馆，体验度一般。下回还是住国际连锁的好些。

酒店地理位置非常的好，房间也很大，双床1.5米宽，非常的舒服。设施及用品也堪称一流。特备是有个服务专员叫冯双，帮我们介绍了酒店及房间的各种设施的使用方法，专业又大方，让人感到很温馨。使得我们第一次入住锦江贵宾楼的感受很愉快！ 酒店值得推荐！
