前台服务人员，态度的恶劣让人觉得住在那里都有生命安全的威胁，第一次见有服务人员瞪顾客的，就因为我要求要安静一点的房间。环境和安全，看视频和图片吧，防盗门锁是摆设。

这几年住的酒店里最差的一个，不知道这么高的评分怎么来的！酒店显示的22年开业，现实看到的绝对不会是，已经很旧了，我们一共2家人一起出行，他们的房间厕所水都排不下去，洗澡都积水了，我们房间床单都是破的，联系酒店前台是説来更换但是太晚了就没换。酒店详情页显示的有提供的小童拖鞋，小童牙刷全部没有。

服务特别好！前厅妹妹帮我们找停车位，延迟退房！真的很好，如果不是前厅妹妹的服务绝对给1分差评！首先，房间衞生很差，地面上全是污渍（如图），空调声音很响，而且不好按，要很瞄准空调才可以，因为太晚了很累，没有提出换房间，反正入住体验感不好。前台妹妹服务可以才给5星好评
