This is an Apartment/Hotel. Not easy to locate this hotel. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Metro Station which is near a huge mall with lots of food outlets.

Chengdu became a trip to remember, especially because of my hotel accommodation at Nicesoe Hotel.
If you have an early return flight scheduled, this hotel is one of the best places you can find because of its proximity to the airport (roughly 20 minutes based on experience).
Dayuan subway station (Line 5) is also 12 minutes away if you are just walking. Meanwhile, Saiho Mall and Citywalk also offer some varieties for local shops and bars.
The service was also top notch for me. Shortly after the check-in, they got in touch by adding my WeChat and establishing the communication line. Through WeChat, they were able to check on me and offer assistance for much of what I needed for the duration of my stay.
When I started my holiday, I actually sprained my left foot and they were very generous in offering their ice packs so that I can treat my sprain.
In addition to these, they also suggested places of interest that I can visit around Chengdu.
My luck was on a roll and I won lots of toys in the lottery. Unfortunately, my luggage wasn't enough to bring them all. Thankfully, one of their personnel, Rose, assisted me in shipping them back to my home city.
The overall experience is amazing and I am totally satisfied with the services, plus the hotel room I got which was overlooking the city. If you are a first timer in Chengdu, I would really recommend this place! They are true to their word that they had posted in their basic information page: Any foreigner, of any nationality is welcome!
