Best hotel I've stayed at. The hotel was clean and tidy.
It is connected to the shopping centre and metro which made it super easy to get around. Downstairs is like an office building maybe be hard to locate the hotel at first.
They also add you on wechat and you can communicate and request for items through your phone. It is super convenient.
I also ordered items off taobao. Instead of myself picking up at the parcel locker. The butler will pick it up for me when I send her a picture.
The butler's are very polite and accomodating to all requests. Especially Yuan Yuan and Xiao Wen.
Whenever I ordered food I don't have to worry at all, I just send them a link and they collect it for me!!
My hotel package came with free laundry which they also do for you. All you need to do is leave your laundry at your door and next morning it will appear!!!!
I will definitely try the other locations and come back to this one!

Booked this hotel for high floor view but unfortunately during winter there is not much view due to fog and rain. Location is great, connected to a mall for possible shopping and food options, walkable or can easily didi to more busy or tourist spots. The room has a big tub and a big projector which we really enjoyed.
Best part about this hotel is their service. 小管家棠棠 and 小文泡菜 are always prompt in replies on WeChat. We can easily check about room issues or even have their help to collect food deliveries from downstairs (as the hotel is on floor 37). We checked out early around 7am and have questions, 小管家小文泡菜 came immediately to our room to sort it out so we can leave on time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it’s cool design and superior service

很喜欢酒店的设计.房间是带24小时管家服务.然然和浩浩管家非常贴心和友善.酒店地址非常方便.楼下就是科技馆和美术馆，和天府广场地铁站.这次是跟朋友过来玩.下次带孩子过来会继续订这家酒店

对这间酒店的服务很满意，有求必应??????会帮忙拿快递，拿冷风机，拿被单。早餐还送到房间，就早餐质量需要提升下??。谢谢小管家小文，媛媛，小花，棠棠和保洁阿姨。房间衞生也很乾净。酒店位置好，隔壁就是天府红广场和KKV, 买用品超方便。推推荐噢。有机会还会再订住。

Amazing hotel to stay all, location is great too. Service is definitely the best. Special shout out to 媛媛 and 小文 for their impeccable service. They helped to retrieve Taobao parcels, also delivered food to our room (multiple orders even!), truly appreciated it. Price is very reasonable too. Thank you!

ISEYA service is just amazing! I can't praise them enough. They go above and beyond to solve any problems for you, and even came directly to our room to help us order something urgent on ******* when we were having trouble! Their 24 hour butler service is impeccable.
Hotel location is great. It's only one stop away on the metro to Chunxi Road, and it's right next to Tianfu Square, which has lots of shops and food places around. It's also very easy to be picked up and dropped off with Didi right at the building entrance. The lobby is also connected to a mall through a supermarket/store. If you want to order food delivery, the hotel staff will bring it up directly to your room. They also offer free laundry services (limited to 10 pieces per day).
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only thing is that they're a little dark because of the black decor, and there's no voice assistant, but otherwise still very comfy! If you want to feel looked after, definitely stay here!
