位置非常方便，房间里可以看到楼下天府广场，从楼里就能走到地铁站。旁边商场还有地下商圈有很多吃的。晚上很安静，睡得不错，中央供暖很安静很暖和，虽然这几天有寒流，但屋里穿短袖就行。

酒店的地理位置很好，附近很多美食和商场，去春熙路和其他景点都很方便。
这次去完九寨沟回来成都住了2晚，酒店的服务都很好，入住前台小棠给升级了房间，小文 泡菜的服务都是十分的好，很赞，也帮忙拿外卖，给解答很多问题，下次来还会再入住这家

过了好久想起评价了。酒店大厅很有设计感，视野很好，特别喜欢在大厅拍照，天气好的时候拍出来好看一点。另外就是我的当时的管家是小花，提前沟通了帮忙布置了房间，特别细节真的特别感谢!给我们了很多惊喜，拿外卖都是随叫随到，安利给大家这个酒店，服务真的是我住过的酒店里麪最好的了，成都也有很多好吃的好玩的，路边摊烧烤也好吃，很推荐的一个旅游城市

多谢小管家泡菜浩浩贴心白服务，点个赞。房间虽比想像中小，但设计卫生都很好，唯独这个天气中央开暖气对香港人来说也太热，小管家虽尽力给了个风扇但仍热到出汗，每个人的体质不一样，这个价格的酒店应该多顾及客户不同情况。

酒店面朝天府广场，1月1的升旗典礼很是壮观。
酒店的一切服务都很好。 虽然它不大但它很全。地理位置也特别好。哪里都能走得到。衞生-阿姨做的特别好，会被那些细节上的事而暖心-打散的充电线，她们会天天给你拎回。洗漱用品很是特别。 服务-管家们很是贴心。她们的回覆很闪电！特别感谢媛媛帮我弄快递，还帮我们拿外卖。也要谢谢别天为我们服务的 棠棠 小花 小文 浩浩 桃子 泡菜。

I had a very pleasant stay at ISEYA Chengdu. The staff were spectacular - polite, helpful, and very responsive! They helped collect parcels that were delivered to the hotel and even brought my food delivery directly to my room, which I appreciated.
The room itself was spacious. I liked that the bathroom & toilet were separated into their own spaces. The hotel slippers were of good quality, hairdryer works well.
A couple of things to note: the interior design leans heavily toward black tones, which made the room feel a dim for my preference. The hotel is located inside an office building, so the entrance may not immediately be obvious.
Even so, the service and overall experience were good, and I was satisfied with my stay.
我的入住体验非常愉快。酒店员工一直都很礼貌、乐于助人，而且反应非常迅速！他们帮我代收寄到酒店的包裹，甚至把我点的外卖送到房间里，我真的很感激。
房间本身非常宽敞。我也很喜欢浴室和厕所是分开的设计。酒店提供的拖鞋质量不错，吹风机也很好用。
有几点可以注意：房间的整体设计以黑色为主，对我来说有点偏暗。另外，酒店位于办公楼内部，入口不是特别显眼。
总体来说，服务和住宿体验都非常好，我对这次入住非常满意。

The service provided by the butler during my stay was top notch, very timely and they even provided a free breakfast! My commendations goes to the excellent butler team like 小文媛媛 who attended to every need perfectly.

在携程上看到的第一眼就爱上了，落地窗加大浴缸谁看了不迷糊呀。管家式服务也是很不错的，棠棠和然然服务真的很好，给了很大的帮助。如果投影仪性能能更好一些就好了，稍有卡顿。整体体验超棒。

酒店周边环境优越，交通也很便利，就在市中心，管家然然和小文服务很好，很贴心，外卖管家送到房间，孩子很喜欢，整体感受很便利衞生和服务都特别好哦，亲子旅行下次还会再来滴
