Booked 6 rooms for family and friends. Fantastic location! Close to all the major attractions and public transportation. It made exploring the city so convenient. 秋秋和小梅 are so helpful & friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Near metro station, clean, only the room quite small but already expect when do this booking, receptionist 小赵 and others but I don’t know there name good service and friendly, next times come Chengdu will stay this hotel again

环境：酒店是之前来成都旅行的同学推荐的，地理位置可以，换3号线很方便，晚上楼下会有很多小推车方便购入小点心零食什麽的，不追求CBD或者高档环境可以试试，性价比ok
服务：入住和一楼自助区很方便，因为台风的关系航变，落地双流已经是半夜，酒店特地提前联系过是否还留房，比较周到，也感谢staff司司。

离地铁口很近，酒店环境清幽，淡淡的古风氛围，室内乾净整洁，有个小小的茶吧，赠送了水果小糖果，早餐实惠性价比高，客服小赵待人亲切温和，有问必答，有停车场免费停车，下次会再来的

房间乾净，设施齐全，交通便利，地铁新南门站D出口直走至南台路右转，就看见酒店在前面啦。。。buffet 早餐，有咖啡，抄手，可爱的包子等。。。谢谢服务员（如图）贴心地增加饮用水，还有思思和秋秋的热情服务。意外收获： 酒店附近的菜市场太好逛了，有许多食才是马来西亚没有的，比如新鲜菌类，笋，抄手（云吞）等，可惜不能带回去。。。

房间环境清雅，简中风格，我们住得挺舒服的。知道房间提供有茶壶可泡茶，我们就乾脆连快客杯都懒带了。管家知道我们喜隐茶，每天多留两瓶水泡茶用，真贴心。
住得挺舒心的，就是空调的问题有点哭笑不得，
虽然已经11月中旬了，但感觉有点热了，想打开空调稍微调节一下房间问题，没想到空调净出暖风，更热了，跟管家沟通过後，才知道中央空调，现在只有暖气，没有冷气，没办法，只好尽量打开窗户和房间门，等房间温度下来吧。
楼顶有洗衣房和晾晒区，还有烘乾机，不过现在的天气还可以，洗完甩乾的衣服直接挂房间一天也能干。
最惊喜的还是酒店的位置真的很方便，基本上去哪附近都有公共交通能提供。

??设施：房间设施完备且品质上乘。床垫软硬适中，躺上去疲惫顿消，睡不醒??空调运转安静且冷暖调节自如。衞生间完全乾湿分离，淋浴设备出水量大且水温恒定，免费5G网络快速流畅，不卡顿。
??衞生：床单被罩乾净，角落无积灰。衞生间洁净，马桶、洗手枱消毒彻底，毛巾浴巾舒适柔软。
??环境：酒店位於成都市区，地理位置优越，周边美食云集，出行便捷。内部环境清幽雅致，装修颇具蜀地特色，古色古香。房间隔音极佳，闹市之中亦能享受静谧安睡。
??服务：必须特别点赞前台小姐姐“小九、小赵”（音译，抱歉具体没听清??）。办理入住时，笑意盈盈，热情有礼，主动跑出酒店帮我们搬运行李，耐心回应所有问询。入住期间，偶遇时她总会关切询问是否需要帮助。【因第一晚入住房型太小，不够我们一行人住宿，再三表达歉意後，并表示第二天尽力安排为我们升级房型????果断续住1天】退房时，手续办理高效便捷。

房间衞生乾净，酒店地理位置好，去哪里都很方便，打车十几二十分钟都能到。酒店服务也不错，注意保护客人私隐，外卖都是机器人送上楼。
前台小赵态度好很贴心！
酒店早餐丰盛美味，种类很多，炒饭麪包小麪抄手炒菜都有，下次来成都还住这！
