房间乾净~配置齐全~竟然还准备了泡脚盆以及茶具~可以説很成都了！原本订了两晚~但是由於临时改变行程~在下午1点多才临时通知酒店要退房~也算是极限操作了~没想到前台的思思和秋秋处理非常及时~让我後续安排都能顺利接上~真的特别特别感谢~

My recent stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. In particular, I wanted to commend Xiao Zhao and Qiuqiu for their exceptional helpfulness. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

We had a great 5 nights stay at Yinxitang hotel! Hotel was clean with sufficient basic amenities, and laundry room at the top floor. Staff, including Qiuqiu, were very helpful and readily helped with our questions on travelling in China. Very convenient communication with hotel through WeChat as well. Will definitely recommend it!

酒店位置不错，周边吃的特别多，特别是袁记串串香。酒店内部乾净整洁，装修优雅。前台小赵和秋秋服很好，热情周到。就是我们住的沿街的房间有些吵，对於睡眠不好的人要注意。
毕棚沟的风景还真不错呢，一定要十月底来哦！

房间宽敞，整洁，职员态度很好，酒店的装饰设计也很好。
酒店的位置就是一个地铁站就到春熙路，十分方便。
早餐的食物款式虽然不多，但质素还可以，有少量成都特式小吃也很不错。
整体而言，性价比很高，推荐

两三百酒店里性价比最高的酒店了，房间装修很古风，送四瓶矿泉水加罐装可乐雪碧，茶包咖啡，早餐也很丰盛，比某季的性价比高很多
交通方便出门一百米就到地铁站了，春熙路一站路，去各个景点都方便。前台小梅和秋秋，服务真的很贴心，强烈推荐

We are really pleased with our stay at their hotel. Room was relatively big, toilet was clean. I like that they separated the shower and toilet. The long table near the window was a plus point for us as we can conveniently eat our food there. Bed was very big and spacious and comfortable too. Although located beside a road, it was not noisy at all. Basic amenities like toothbrush, hairdryers and slippers are all provided too!
Location wise, i would really recommend you to stay here as it is super super convenient for you to getting around ChengDu. Traffic is Chengdu is quite bad in the evening so if you wish to travel to places like 春熙路，太古里 and such, the subway near the hotel is really very convenient. It is just a 3 mins walk to the subway and while on your way to the subway station, you would passed by drink store like MiXue and Luckin Coffee. Convenient store is also located beside them.
Service wise, I feel that the way they handle their guests was really on point. Would recommend you to download WeChat, you can add them on WeChat and text them whenever you need help. For example, when you need extra water or when you need extra toiletries, you can just let them know via WeChat and they will send it to you via their robot.
In conclusion, we had a pleasant stay at YinXiTang Hotel for our 5 nights here and will highly recommend you to choose this hotel if you’re travelling to Chengdu.
Tips: no China number? It’s okay fam, you can usually ask hotel for the address+your hotel room number and save it in your ** app and use the hotel’s phone number to order 美团外卖(please consult them beforehand on the contact you can put on your app)
For getting around with DiDi (ride hailing services) just use Alipay app to book one. They would ask for the last 4 digit of your mobile phone so just let them know the last 4 digit of your contact number that is registered in Alipay.

The hotel is very near Metro, Xinnanmen station. Easy to go everywhere. There are all facilities that you need and have a hair dryer. Sisi, the concierge, she's help to support me since I come til leave, just tell her if you have any questions. If I go to Chengdu next time, I'll stay here again.

Super good location. Out of metro xinnanmen exit D. No one english speaking but we conversation via google translate and wechat. Thank you so much 2 staffs SiSi and QiuQiu for try the best service.
