酒店是位于春熙路旁边的，吃饭逛街去景点都很方便，适合出行。大厅有免费的咖啡，房间也配有挂耳咖啡，喜欢喝咖啡的就挺好。服务热情，前台菇凉都很热情，房间宽敞干净卫生，非常安静，住着舒服。酒店有洗衣房，前台还主动推荐，如果我们着急可以帮忙洗衣烘干，这种主动洗衣服务特别有心。推荐

出行前选了好几家春熙路附近的酒店，都被各种差评劝退了！最后订了如家旗下品牌的这家酒店，到了后实地观感与好评一致，房间干净整洁，入住体验感也不错，特别是花洒很大热水很足，出游一天回来洗个热水澡超舒服！周边很多美食，出行也方便！酒店前台几个美女服务态度好，其他工作人员见面也会主动打招呼，很温馨！

房间很大干净，这家如家精选4.0很是让我惊喜，房间都是小度智能控制的，可以帮忙开关电视，窗帘这些，特别方便。酒店五楼是一个多功能楼层，有洗衣房和餐厅，还有健身房。酒店也提供主动洗衣服务。酒店前台不管是小姐姐还是小哥哥服务都很耐心，旅游路线，附近吃的玩的都很耐心并且详细的为我们介绍，对我们很友好。酒店一楼还有现磨咖啡，味道很美味。

酒店在市中区，环境非常好，距离很多景点夜非常便利。主要是附近吃饭的地方也非常多，美食多[强]前台小姐姐说酒店是今年新开业的。酒店干净舒服，从预订开始，酒店工作人员就非常热情和细心，让人感觉到宾至如归，旅行中最难忘的体验之一，强烈推荐给所有人！！！

and comfortable. I didn’t request for housekeeping on second day but my room was neatly done up and amenities topped up when I returned from exploring the outskirts.
Location is amazing as well, very close to the popular street.
Waterproofing of shower was amazing because other countries cannot seem to contain shower water well, so this was a pleasant surprise. Laundry room was also clean and well equipped.
Most importantly, I would like to thank the staff for their remarkable and hospitable service. Special shout out to amazing staff, Miss 苏开慧 and another lady (whom I didn’t catch her name but she assisted me via online calls on 携程旅行 even before I reached Chengdu). They went out of their way to help me on one of my troublesome Taobao packages which was boggling me for very long. As a foreigner, I am very pleased and touched by their sincerity and service. If I can leave a 100 stars, I would.

Receptionists Chou Lisha 周丽莎 and Chen Yan 陈艳 are attentive, polite and prompt in their service. They also extended our check out time by 2 hours before we had to leave for airport.
Hotel is clean and hygienic, and the design is chic and modern. It was a comfortable stay and most attractions are just up to 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride away. Only one very minor issue was that the air vent of room 8663 had the smell of cigarettes every time it was turned out. 8662 did not have this issue.
The free laundry facilities are very good and easy to use. Recommend this hotel especially if you come back from travelling from road trips and have tons of clothes to wash.

The hotel is not very close to the subway station, but traveling is not difficult. It’s very convenient to call a Didi or take a bus since there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
The hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming to us as foreign guests. They made an effort to communicate with us. Even though we only stayed for two nights, we felt very well-received. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were lovely.
The window in the room is a fake one, which is quite unique and gives the impression of it always being daytime.
The restaurant, fitness room, and laundry room are located on the 5th floor.
A minor downside was that on the first night, I noticed a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room, especially near the left side of the bed next to the bedside clock. Additionally, the shower drainage didn’t work very well. I mention these points for improvement and not to damage the hotel’s reputation.
Nonetheless, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again when I visit Chengdu in the future.

房间很大，卫生也很干净，服务员态度很好，有啥问题都能及时解决，酒店位置也挺好，距离太古里春熙路都很近，去宽窄巷子，武侯祠，锦里都只需要自行车就可以解决

环境不错，很新很干净。还有衣柜可以挂衣服，冲着这点定的房间。衣架不够马上就给送了。工作人员的态度都非常友好，出门遇到保洁阿姨都会跟我们打招呼。下次如果还来成都，我会再住这里。

我住过的所有酒店中服务最好的酒店了。一进门就能够闻到香香的味道和舒缓音乐，还有前台小妹妹一声声的您好问候，热情的态度。在酒店大堂坐着等车的时候，前台也会热情的询问我们是否需要一杯热茶或者是咖啡，当然选择咖啡啦，嘿嘿，酒店的咖啡是真的很好喝，口感很丝滑细腻。每天都至少要来一杯呢！酒店房间也是很大的，视野看起来就很宽阔，在春熙路这一块是真的很少见的大房间，性价比是真的很高。酒店房间也是智能房，躺在床上一声“小度小度”就关了窗帘和灯，懒人必备哈哈哈！打扫卫生的阿姨也是很棒，酒店也提供帮忙洗衣烘衣，烘干之后，酒店的工作人员们还会帮忙用衣架给你挂起来，直接拿到房间就可以了，真的是很棒。主要是衣服也帮忙洗的香香的。餐厅在五楼，早餐种类还是丰富的，餐厅的阿姨服务特别热情，还有现包的饺子抄手面条米线。而且酒店员工也一直关注我们的入住感受，非常的让人班宾至如归！家的感觉！
