到店要求一间安静点的房间，前台安排了靠马路的，心想关上窗户，晚间车少，应该可以。但是……1、唯一能关的窗户关不上，总是留条缝，马路上的噪音根本挡不住；2、淋浴间地面隔挡漏水；3、有一扇落地玻璃爆裂。对于第1、2项第二天一早就向前台反应，等晚间回房都没有一个电话沟通是否维修好！第3项是新发现的，（入住时是好的）也同样没人告之我。晚上10点半说送果盘算道歉，没答应，这么晚了，让不让人睡觉？退房后又不停的打电话要说明，真烦人??！第一次给差评！

It's was one of the memorable trip with my old buddies. Other than pleasant sight seeing and town exploring, it's the warm hospitality from concierges both day and night shift, Wonderful services with smile, it's feel like home., keep it up.
Room was new and clean, great location(near metro).
We stayed for 2 days and it's full of good experiences.

优点：前台小姐姐非常热情，环境明亮干净，离春熙路太古里很近，周边就有好吃的火锅，对面就是商圈。不足：我当天住的房间布局不太好，有一根承重柱抵着床，上下床不方便；淋浴房干湿隔离不行，洗澡水会渗出门外到洗脸池区；没有电话机，小度控制房间电器不太智能；没有提供WI-FI密码提示。
