Delightful stay at this lovely and well-located hotel. It’s very centrally located, within walking distance to several shopping malls, hyper market and metro line to the airport. Besides its location, the service is another aspect to rave about. Everyone from the front desk staff, bellman to the staff at the laundry room is extremely friendly, helpful and exemplifies service excellence. Their warm hospitality and the welcoming city that is Chengdu have made this trip extremely enjoyable. Will not think twice about booking this hotel if I’m next back in the city.

酒店位置不错，离火车南站地铁站很近，步行5分钟。服务人员非常热情专业，帮忙把行李送到房间，洗衣房里有人帮忙洗烘衣服送到房间，房间宽敞，装修用料很好。早上睡过头了，没有体验到早餐～下次再来吧

首次入住这家酒店，入住感觉非常好，前台办理入住很快，还热情地介绍早餐，洗衣房，健身房，房间很大，设施设备齐全，淋浴水量很大，手冲咖啡不错，可以体验一下，矿泉水饮料都有且都是免费的，早餐很好吃，推荐抄手衚衕是他们自己手工现包的，很好吃，下次来还会选择这家

One of the best hotel we stayed in Chengdu, receptionist is extremely helpful and friendly. Even better than Hilton hotel that we stayed. Which we cancel and we decided to come back to crystal orange to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and engaged, consistently checking in on us and showing a genuine desire to ensure we had the best experience possible. We were especially impressed by the thermostatic bathroom taps—a rare find in most hotels—which provided a perfectly consistent shower temperature. Truly a first-class establishment
