冲着服务来的果然没失望！从进门的问候到离店的送别，每一位员工都让人感觉很舒服。客房服务员每天都会仔细打扫，还会根据我们的需求调整物品摆放。这种细致入微的服务，真的让人有回家的感觉！

超级喜欢这里，客服非常贴心热情，有礼，会照顾住客需要，有日天未光出门，未能用他们早餐，会送我小面包、牛奶、咖啡让上路吃。入住的时候亦送上小零食。房间整洁乾净，设计上以木和金属为主简洁时尚，一山入房就感觉放松。有日餐厅咖啡机自动冲洗中，一时间用不了，服务员立即推荐用酒吧的咖啡机，很会灵活安排，很照顾客人。浴室的去水口有一日去水很慢，隔天跟打扫姐姐提及，立即解决了，效率很高啊。下次来成都一定要再来这间。

优点：洗衣房服务设施齐全完善，饮料很大方，有求必应。房间设施新，Wi-Fi稳定。枕头软硬各一只，比较人性化。缺点：花洒水流人少的时候才比较好用，房间通风不够，多少有点装修味道。虽然小窗可以打开，但是没风的日子还是感觉厕所位置有点味道。

This is a high-class hotel! My friends and I really liked everything! The hotel has everything for a comfortable stay! Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, pleasant and friendly staff. The location is very convenient, there is a metro, train station, and bus stop nearby. There are many shopping centers and stores, cafes and restaurants. I recommend this hotel!

房间明亮舒服，床很好躺枕头有两个其中一个甚至是记忆枕非常加分！！有窗帘跟纱帘可以按钮控制开关，厕所洗澡感觉很有安全感又乾净，花洒跟喷头的切换也满容易。房里附有手冲咖啡有时间的话可以chill chill的享受很棒，早餐跟酒吧环境很棒，早餐菜色也还不错，可以点现做的担担面、刀削面、炒手等等。前台的服务很好很亲切贴心！如果要出去外面走走还可以从大厅拿外带的咖啡。

酒店位置很好，就在地铁站附近，门口打车也很方便，房间环境还可以，设施设备都很齐全，床垫很软，睡起来很舒服，前台小哥服务效率高，也很热情，早餐的种类也很多，可选择性强，味道还是很不错的，整体入住体验还是很好的，出差必选，每次来成都出差都住这，真的给人一种家的感觉，值得推荐哦

酒店的地理位置非常便利，对面就是大商场，而且还有很多小商店和餐馆可以选择。而且交通也很方便，附近有地铁站和公交站。这对游客来説非常方便，可以更好地探索这座城市。酒店四楼的洗衣房特别方便，不用自己动手，这很nice。

Loved my stay here! Clean and quiet room, super convenient location. Robots delivered my takeaway food and the front desk even helped to collect my parcels. Great service!
