房间乾净整洁，前台及其他服务人员服务态度好有礼貌。酒店离天府广场很近，步行两位分钟，去地铁站也方便，成都博物馆步行10分钟以内，离春熙路一站路，即远离了喧闹，又到哪里都方便。早餐丰富多样，味道不错，孩子们都喜欢。总之一次满意的入住。

看演唱会订的酒店。位置离天府广场很近，地铁站出来也很方便。去春熙路，去熊猫基地南门打车25也不错。房间睡觉蛮舒服的。早上自助餐蛮好吃的。有粥，馒头，还有抄手和米线，还有咖啡都能选。洗澡也是顶喷，就是没有护发素。洗发水和沐浴露的味道也不错香香的。态度都很好。每间房间还有两袋茶包。四瓶水。就是这栋电梯有好几个酒店。会有点慢。空调中央控制也没办法

体验感很好，性价比很高。 茉莉花茶很好，前台小哥哥小姐姐服务态度超棒，房间很新，挺好的，位置也很好。配有乾洗区和健身区，马桶是智能的，灯光设计很舒适，房间里配的水有4瓶，喝水和刷牙配的都是一次性纸杯，比较符合我这种有洁癖的人喜好。

Overall after staying for 3 nights, I feel the hotel is not bad. The hotel is newly open, so everything is clean and new. The lift waiting time is longer but still acceptable. The view outside hotel is Tian Fu Guang Chang. The receptionist gave us discount for breakfast. The breakfast was so so. The metro station is very near, calling Didi is very convenient too. We took metro most of the time as the traffic in Chengdu is bad. The room is spacious enough to open our luggages. I like the smart toilet bowl giving warm toilet seat during winter. The hotel can help to receive parcels and has a robot to deliver anything like delivery food to our room. The only down side is there is no space to put our clothes when shower.

1、服务态度好基本可以满足客人所需。
2、环境乾净整洁而且宽敞，也非常安静。
3、设施设备完全不用担心都很新很好用。
4、交通方便出门就是地铁，晚上对面广场可以散步消食。这次成都之行非常开心，离开前説一声感谢酒店全体工作人员。????
