近期入住华住会会旗下的一家酒店，整体体验令人满意。房间整洁明亮，床铺舒适，床品干净且质地优良。前台服务人员态度友好，细心周到，尤其是那位可爱的前台小妹妹，她的服务让人感到温暖和亲切。总体来说，这家酒店在卫生和服务上都表现出色，值得推荐给需要高品质住宿体验的朋友们。

房间空气清新无异味，设施非常新，干净整洁，显示屏很大很清晰，洗衣房可以高温自洁，唯一不太好的是同层还在装修，白天会觉得吵，然后各房间之间的隔音不是特别好，总体来说住宿体验很不错，前台接待很热情，交通方便。

Super clean room, comfortable bed, giant TV screen, very good hot shower.
We only had problems with cigarette smoke smell coming from the vent system sometimes, unfortunate in a nonsmoking room.
The breakfast was exceptionally good.
Service was good and there were enough restaurants and stores nearby, shopping street is just around the corner.

I really appreciate the small young lady with the glasses at the front office. She was extremely helpful & very accommodating during check in and check out even though there was a language barrier between us but she really put full effort to help accommodate me from the room, ordering late night food, translating words, etc. Also appreciate the other front office member who is a short young man that helped me out with my laundry with washing & drying a few nights ago at 3am. Also have to appreciate the housekeeping team for always cleaning up the rooms daily with full service. I would stay again, as the service value is of good standard. This is my first review as I’m normally picky with hotels, this one deserves 5 stars in all aspects. Good location, convenient to walk to the massive underground mall right across the street. Thank you to the small lady with glasses for the panda doll as I will give it as a souvenir to my puppy.
