空调噪音太大，服务态度不热情。接待大厅开水没有没人管。环境在花水湾算不错的，但是温泉项目太少，没有充分开发利用。

平时500多的酒店，春节涨到了1400多。这个可以理解。但是，我还剩脏乱差是什么鬼？温泉发出下水道的恶臭味，水浑浊不堪。水底好多沙子。房间空调坏了，打电话去前台。前台回答修不了。还说你们要不是在网上订房的话本来可以退一部分房费。合着网上订房的都是冤大头？？

温泉无限次泡，没有室内温泉，晚上去泡的室外温泉还比较有感觉，房间一般，清洁不是很好

适合带宝一起，我们没有加床把床拼在一起的，酒店位置离繁华的地方有一段距离不是特别远，就是冲着温泉来的，em……只能说一般吧，就是特别冷，不过有温泉的都是小池子，我们是两家人一起所以一个池刚好合适
