    黑心店无疑了，连续四晚入住都是衞生不合格，和酒店沟通就只会説官话，本来旅游行程就满无法去重新调整安排其他酒店，他们就抓住游客这种心态，最后连房间衞生都不给做全了，早餐抄手里面有异物，咖啡是温凉的，恶心至极。携程上面投诉要求理赔，黑心的城市名人竟然回应是不给赔，如果以后还想来给免费住一晚，算盘消费者大概率是不会再来了，来也不可能住他家，而且就算住免费房也无需保证质量，反正钱已经收了就是不赔偿谁也管不了他们，为了钱真是脸和良心真是都可以不要了。照片均为实况有时间地点佐证，希望成都准游客们警惕这家酒店

    酒店位置很好，交通方便，乾净衞生，服务到位。 还有健身房和泳池，很好的住宿体验，下次还会选择名人酒店。

    前台服务员态度不好。订的房间有免费升豪华间一项，如果不説根本就不想给升级。房间设施太陈旧，没有睡衣，不符合五星级酒店。

    一家老牌的五星级酒店就在天府广场旁边，性价比超高，酒店有洗衣机，烘乾机24小时自助服务，还有机器人送餐，大厅服务员态度非常好。每次来小杨还帮我做升级房间安排的妥妥的，非常贴心，点赞。
