This was our first time in Chengdu, and choosing this hotel was a great decision. The hotel is centrally located, only about an 8-minute walk to IFS, making it very convenient for getting around. There is also a convenience store right next door.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the bathroom with a city view, which added a nice touch to the stay.
The staff were genuinely friendly, kind, and attentive. Their service felt sincere, and they always tried to anticipate guests’ needs. Special thanks to Mr. Busek, the manager, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us due to our late flight. His thoughtfulness and professionalism were truly appreciated.
Overall, this hotel offers a great location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

超级有性价比，很方便，楼下就有很多好吃的～离春熙路地铁站大概10分钟路程，房间又大又乾净，床品也都在线，打扫衞生的阿姨也很好，每次晚上回来都整理的乾乾净净～洗澡水也超级大～很舒服～Nick小哥哥还给升了房间，下次来还住这里！实在是太满意了！！！

非常棒的一家酒店 前台有个男孩子特别热情
地理位置很好 在地铁站春熙路和东门大桥的中间
走走很快 我们去看演唱会 40分钟地铁
去宽窄巷子也能地铁 并且走走就能到春熙路
附近有罗森有全家 火锅店也很多
喜欢衣帽间和大浴缸

整间酒店实在太推荐入住了，入住的时候，前台职员Busek很有礼貌服务态度很好，还帮我升级了房间，房间很大很乾净，里面的用品也很充裕，隔音也很好，遇见的清洁阿姨Victoria都很nice??
另外也要称赞一下前台Leo跟Sam，都是很专业和有礼的，这间酒店我一定会再光顾入住??

Old charming suite hotel with very prime location.
The check in reception officer is cold , no smile young man ,and when check out 2 young girls receptions, gave very good attentive services..
Breakfast a lot but quality moderate only .
Not so many guests came for breakfast .
Not bad experience but maybe the hotel could upgrade the Reception Young Men Officers and upgrade the breakfast.
