环境好，尤其是泡温泉的地方，非常舒服。隔天要开车走的时候竟然发现车被洗干净了，原来是保安部的任绍华跟邓成华两位大哥做的，非常感谢??

早餐非常棒，自助，还有面条和米线，停车场超大，运气非常好，前台免费升级豪华大床房，温泉也不错，早上9点就开放了

真是一言难尽。优点：停车场大哥很好，很主动。周边环境还可以，主要是整个大环境可以，毕竟在山里。早餐还可以，不丰富，但也不难吃。不好的地方：本以为高级房只比豪华房价格差两百左右，但实际体验至少差了好几个档次。设施太旧了，旧得只觉得脏。卫生间到处都锈迹斑斑，淋浴喷头不好用，还有难闻的味道，布草床品破旧，床垫也不舒服。房间有送盒装牛奶，但是是伊利的，其实应该选成都本地品牌。没有电梯，有行李不方便，因为得自己搬，雨天更恼火。真是一言难尽。温泉没去，因为是硫磺温泉，不喜欢。若要选此酒店，尽量选豪华房，高级房一点不值

每次去花水湾都是住樱花，酒店园林布局，地理位置好，停车也方便，温泉位于树林间，有十余个，晚上入池人不多，非常惬意，适合家庭和朋友去度假。豪华房间是新装修的，干净整洁，晚上有送牛奶哦。不足的是房卡只有一张，外出取卡后不方便充电，另外电视的位置没在床脚正中，有点偏。

酒店环境很好，温泉也很舒服，去了之后前台小郑还对我们房间做了免费的升级，还介绍了周边的景区，服务很好，下次还会过来
