我对这个酒店的管理和服务差评，上个月住这个酒店，用他们微信订的房间，退房后，我发现我把手链遗忘在枕头下，打电话给总台沟通几次，都说服务员收拾房价没发现，那么粗一个手链，其实手链并不值钱，但对我意义重大，我再三说确定在枕头下，仍然说服务员没发现。东西是你们那丢的，大堂经理应该对服务员进行人品教育，客人明确说掉在那的东西，肯定是服务员的问题，私自吞了。一个酒店再好的设施，如果遇到人品差的服务员，怎么保证住宿人的财产安全。对服务员的教育一点要到位，对丢失东西的客人一定要认真对待。
