酒店位置不错，离春熙路地铁口很近步行几分钟，周边繁华热闹，品牌众多小吃众多，逛街好去处。酒店最大优点是设施和服务很用心，比如洗澡水超大，吹风机很好用，拖鞋不是普通一次性的是很厚很舒服又透气的。自助早餐超惊喜可惜去得有点晚了，中西结合，绝对四星级水准。服务不论前台还是客房服务员还是餐厅服务员都很好，笑容灿烂服务热情，真的超预期。定的是无窗房，一点不闷，而且晚上睡觉又安静光线又暗，很适合我这种睡眠不好的人，就是不知道如果是有窗的房间，楼下那么热闹，晚上十点前是不是很吵？

酒店位置不错，出入游玩非常方便。我在艺龙网定的是豪华标准间3天，入住第一天酒店前台却给我一间普通标准间，设施特别差，第二天在我发现后，经过给前台和客服部主管协商，才给我调换到原订的豪华标准间，对酒店这种不诚信的做法感到气愤，好一点的是换过的房间设施不错，艺龙网也应该给酒店沟通一下，以免其他会员上当受骗，另外酒店餐饮部不错，赞一个。
