服务态度不好，我说换个房间补差价我想4楼住但服务员不肯换房间，我补她们可以，补我的差价就不行，什么道理哦，说的是有窗户跟有没有一样价格还那么贵，晚上吵的睡不了，等一次遇到怎么倒霉的事郁闷再也不来这家酒店了。

酒店很不错，住了两次，一次是标间，一次是行政标间，酒店服务也很好，含早餐，地段很繁华，就在春熙路上，去王府井，太古里都很方便，坐地铁也很方便。性价比高，下次来还会住。

这个酒店太不通情理了，本来是带小孩出来玩，在路上遇到了一点情况导致到不了成都，想更改一下入住时间都不行，钱还不退。太影响出游的心情了
