前台服务真的差劲，晚上11点到店，前台听说是艺龙网上订的，就谎称信息没到酒店，要求我取消，付现金入住，等我操作取消填写理由时，一看不对劲就马上改口说不用取消了，另房间网络不可上网，床太高，服务与价格严重不对等

前台服務人員態度很溫和，容易溝通。房間的小問題及時得到調整。連房務清潔工作的阿姨也是棒棒的，和藹親切，給我送物品到房間。房間大床很高很舒服，枕頭也好(原本不容易入睡的我，倒床就睡著了。有書桌很方便處理公務文件！好喜歡。最喜歡有個沙發休閒區，可以拿出隨身帶的茶壺坐在沙發上泡茶哈哈！謝謝，謝謝給我一次這麼好的住店體驗(^_^)只是早餐的部分要加強哈！希望越來越好！
