酒店设计理念不错，房间设施很人性化，周边环境不错，但公共交通不行，只能自驾……早晚的自助餐也不错，喝的东西偏少……儿童乐园更适合小小朋友，游泳池水温偏低，去的时候人多没有储物柜，在房间换好衣服后去的……服务方面有待改进，游泳池进门的女服务员长得美貌如花，但全程板脸，说话生硬，在她那里消费了几十块的泳帽也没换来笑容，🐮，不像星级酒店的服务员

我住过的喜来登中，服务最差，最不会变通的。酒店帮我们叫车接我们去3公里外的高尔夫练习场，然后等回去时候给酒店打电话，酒店居然说她们不负责联系车，我们走3公里路回酒店的，能送不急。第二，房间没有凉拖鞋，打电话说需要，居然说我们这个是会员楼层，只提供纸拖鞋。。很无语、再打一次电话然后就送来了。

很幽静的酒店，在蒲江大峡谷里面，靠近山底，周边是别墅区和高尔夫球场。一条健步道可以下山，房间很大，还有大阳台。
我的东西落在酒店了，前厅部谢飞阳还帮我寄回，非常感谢。
