住过那么多酒店，这次是最差的，不是说酒店级别，而是从服务到环境都很差很差。1、服务，领了房卡去餐厅吃饭，服务员也不引导下，害的我们出了大门又拐到餐厅，明明大堂就可以直达餐厅。2、房间太恶心，沙发脏，地毯脏，到处都脏兮兮的，住着恶心死了，刻意拍了照片，可惜、不能上传。3、早餐不卫生，孩子姥姥吃了早餐后拉肚子。

设施齐全，卫生也很好，，图和实际情况没有差别，图上什么样实际就是什么样，不会出现图和实际不符的情况。但是订的这间房的外景浴缸坏了没修，本来就是冲着这浴缸来的，这点有点小遗憾，其他的都很好，早餐也很棒。
