很舒服的酒店，距离黄龙溪入口和车站都很近，步行即可，酒店中餐厅的饭很好吃，价格也不贵，最主要的是比景区里干净，吃的放心，早餐每天都换花样，服务人员随时都在清理，前台办理入住也很快，服务也很好，就是退房时明显人手不够，略混乱。房间有比较宽敞，特别喜欢卫生间洗漱池的大台面，而且还有晾衣杆，衣架也很多，非常适合我这样带孩子出行每天必须要洗好几件衣服的出游，遗憾之处就是地毯了，比较陈旧不太干净。

我是预付给艺龙的，没去住，酒店那边说钱没给过，但要求退钱时却说代理那边不肯退，，钱都没到酒店为什么不可以退？或退一部分给我们？你们这样太霸道了

房间布局不合理，开门正对洗手台，房间窗户外就是一大堵墙，窗子很高，需要踩在凳子上才可以关上。房门也没办法反锁。
