1、这次艺龙真的恶心到我了。我预订了的丽澳滨江酒店，艺龙显示订房成功。我到前台时告诉我，前台说没有你的订单。几经折腾，才明白其实是预订失败的，但是我的订单显示的是成功。鬼知道什么原因。
2、艺龙说帮我改到这家七鑫，硬件脏兮兮，老而旧。我都忍了。艺龙帮我改到这里的大床房，我取了房卡，进门发现是标间。我联系艺龙，要求前台变更后把卡送到标间里，我在这里等（这个鬼酒店电梯人多，需要等待的时间好久）。艺龙协调后的结果是一定要我本人下去取房卡。我也忍了。
3、亮点来了。我入住后，稍作收拾，便出门办事。晚上八点左右回到房间，地上至少四五张小卡片，组织**的小卡片。我心想，至于这么猖獗吗？晚上走廊里到处都是**高跟鞋的声音，来来往往，凌晨两三点才消停。
另外，艺龙你卖给携程，难道节操也卖了吗？完全不尊重客人，扔来扔去，不负责任，非常恶心。还有就是这家酒店，脏乱差，一个字都没落下。硬件老旧，服务极差。硬件和服务连七天都比不上。

因为是第二次来成都，所以还是选择这家店，但是，这次非常失望。前台服务超级差，服务员死板着脸，问问题的问三遍才回答。刚去住时我就告诉前台是带小孩的，想找中间的房间，直接给我办了个电梯口的，下楼去换，直接给我换到最里面楼梯间对面，我简直无语。
