隔音不太好，地毯有点脏，其他硬件设施就还勉强行，但是前台态度极差，订单上写明是酒店提供发票，我们离店时却说网络订单酒店不提供发票，是网络备注错了，但这是酒店跟网络平台的沟通问题，我们9点开会，结果在酒店前台等到差不多九点半，并且，其中一位没有穿工作服的员工，解释的时候也极不耐烦，还给我们摆脸色

房间开着请勿打扰灯，服务员连门都不敲直接刷卡开门，很不爽。前台退房开发票超级慢，练习提前20分钟退房。其他尚可。
