首先说前台，我们都站到柜台前了一个在吃东西，一个在玩手机，问两三句回答一下，再说房间里，浴室玻璃上的金属都锈掉渣了，赶了一天的路想好好休息一下，结果空调一直29度降不下来，房间里电话打不通，好不容易找到个服务员问她，直接来句不知道不归她管，后来看我们要发火的样子又说帮我们去问问，结果就是吹了一夜29度的空调，大热天的真是够了，垃圾...
