酒店的卫生情况和基础设施都是不错的。之所以差评是因为价格和服务完全成反比，前台的工作人员先是把我晾在那半天傻等（收了我的身份证的）五分钟后问为什么要等这么久被告知预定的房型没有了，重点是没房了不早说，呵呵让我站在那傻等。重新下单之后手机显示酒店已经确认了订单我就随口问了一句我为什么还要等，那个叫做冯倩的前台用教训人的语气把我训了一通，语气相当不耐烦态度相当差。顿时我一天的好心情全没有了。我想请问我花了300多块钱进去挨顿骂是为了什么。这样的前台这样的服务是国际酒店是几百块一晚的酒店该有的吗。以上并没有一句胡说，事情的经过就是这样，这个经历是我迄今为止最不爽的一次。也是我唯一给过的一次差评。
