  房间环境很不错，周边就是杜甫草堂，房间乾净衞生又安静，大堂经理和前台小姐姐超热情的，超赞??，酒店早餐类型丰富，不是第一次住这家酒店，总体感觉很赞！

  酒店环境挺不错，没得説，很棒啊。总枱接线员服务员我就要説到説到，因一家三口住宿，因房间只提供两瓶水，故电话要水，电话説一房间只提供4瓶，多了收钱，6块一瓶，因平时住酒店，水这种低值易耗品的供应应该不会这么少吧。唉，店大，不计较！衞生枕头有黑色污点，洗澡淋浴头应该对墙，我住的这个房间对人！差点没把我充感冒！前台领班不错，服务很热情，就是其他工作人员效率慢，导致我入住时候后面得有3家排队。早餐品种也不错，很多。还有就是，我办入住时候，有离店客人，送了起码2-3件小伴手礼，我离店用嘴申请的，还得选择一件给孩子。这就有点分人了吧。

  早餐好食，服务态度很好。就是大床房的厕所设计在门口处，没有门，感觉很奇怪！。。。。。。。。。。。。。

  非常好非常赞!客房服务一流，我们第二天早上很早出门没能吃上早餐，前台为我们送来水和糕点，还给小朋友送了纪念扇子，非常体贴!这是机关属下的杜甫主题酒店，里面装修淡雅舒适，乾净衞生，环境清幽。虽然附近在修地铁，但是半点不影响。

  I had most amazing experience in this hotel. The receptionist called a colleague who could speak English. He spent a lot of time helping uswith everything we needed. He checked online for bus information, took us to the bank opposite and translated for us and waved down a taxi and the driver the destination. The other staff couldn't speak much English but were very kind and polite.
