酒店整体环境很不错，传统中式风格，服务很到位，我们去住的两条，本来是先订的一天，后来果断加住一天，进门就有服务姐姐引导，办理入住全程介绍并帮忙提行李送去房间……早餐第一人太多品种一般，第二天相对人少比较正常的中式早餐……走时小朋友忘记拿走玩具联系前台很快就帮我们找到，这一点服务很好！下面提一点意见：1.酒店暖气太强，我们两晚都不敢开空调睡，实在是热啊！2、卫生间虽然是干湿分离的，但厕所能不能装磨砂玻璃，透明的真心不太喜欢。3.最吐槽的一点现在酒店不都是网络电视吗？居然选播的必须付费才能看，而且只能看8小时，这一点太那个了，小朋友没法看动画片，只能付费看。

早餐挺好的，我们是带着1岁的孩子去的，房间很舒适，服务员很亲切，每次见到都会主动问好，还可以写毛笔字，而且在房间留了贴心字条，主动提供水果篮放水果，离杜甫草堂很近，周边也有公园，酒店整体感觉诗情画意
