Very impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.

华住会会员有明确36晚免费升房，酒店説是他们家是加盟的没有，华住会连锁第一次听説这种，酒店停车场出入口位置也很窄容易刮碰，酒店冰箱没有开启冷藏物料放那都坏了
