  酒店前台服务很热情，提供了免费分房，然后还有早餐，早餐的种类很多，口味也不错，餐厅也很大，高楼层餐厅很有氛围感，房间布局的话也很合理，总体来説的话算得上高端酒店，性价比很高。

  前台小姐姐态度热情，办理入住非常迅速。贴心的介绍了周边好吃的??，服务员礼貌周到。特别感谢楼层大姐，打扫得非常乾净，还主动询问是否需要补充物品，服务贴心。 整体衞生状况非常好，房间和公共区域都保持得很乾净，床单、毛巾等用品清洁无异味，让人住得很放心。 环境很不错，入住体验很好，下次来郴州还是会选择这家酒店。

  这次入住酒店真的超满意！房间打扫得很乾净，没有异味，洁癖党表示极度舒适，看得出来酒店在衞生方面下了大功夫，床单被罩也清清爽爽，这衞生做得没得説。床很大，住得太舒服了，房间空间宽敞，布局合理，完全没有一般酒店的局促感，住起来心情格外舒畅。酒店服务也特别好，入住办理很快，交通方便，无论是商务出行还是旅游度假，这家酒店都非常值得推荐，下次还会毫不犹豫地选择！

  My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.
