卫生间没门，洗完澡要留在满地水的淋浴间换衣服容易摔倒。从大堂到温泉区要爬两、三层楼，泡池区没有干毛巾换，在山中凉而且那天刚好天气冷，只能一直披着冷毛巾，有个诺亚方舟区域，要走几层楼且限时开放，登顶后发现没什么特别之处。早餐后去泡温泉，发现除竹影池外全部池都高温没法泡，石板床烫，就算垫毛巾也受不了。评论看到说房间很大，虽然实际不过不失，但是心理有落差。服务员都很有礼貌，硬件设施一般，退房时前台表示现场五分好评，会送当地特产。
