酒店的温泉是一大特色，但悬崖温泉只是晚7.30到9.30分开。其他各方面设施都很好，服务也不错。

这酒店，去过一次之后就不会再去第二次的！实事求是说几点：1.前台服务员有一个态度超级差，其他还好，大年初一入住的，竟然甩脸色给客人看，真是绝了，问她工号不肯说，这时其他工作人员过来帮她解围了；2.退房时告知有土特产赠送，领礼物时要我一定要当面五星好评才送出，我没要就走了；3.餐厅服务员态度还是不错的，但是吃饭要加收15%服务费！！！五星级的收费；4.温泉不错，但是水很脏，热石板地面也是很脏，但是温泉那里服务员态度最好；5.房间很多东西不合理，煲开水没有插头，问服务员，她看了半天竟然要我在走廊地下那里插线煲水！房间有落地窗，但是不能开的，相等于无窗，只能靠开暖气，没有直流的新鲜空气；6.位置偏远，价格不低，服务却远远末达到他的收费标准，不值得去；7.早餐味道真心一般般。此行相当不满意，所以一张照片也没拍下，可见这酒店给我印象太差了，不值得留念。
