空气质量非常好，渡假休闲不错，没开车的，交通非常不方便。硬件设施还算可以的，管理实在太差了：1，空调没开，晚上调到16度，到第二天早上还是27度，还是给客人配冬天的棉被，晚上热醒了2次。2，枕头配的都是一样的高大枕头，从这点看就可以看出他们的客房管理水平好到哪了。3，早餐不如郴州市区200元宾馆的，空调没有开，就吹风。4，温泉只有室内一个，户外一个，说是晚上11:00，但10:30就关了，还要额外收我们68.00元

位置很偏，附近没有吃的，酒店不是24小时餐饮，半夜饿了开车20分钟出去才能找到吃的。酒店自带一个温泉，也就是一个游泳池大小的，很多闷，并且池子里很多阶梯，不小心就踏空了或者磕碰了。
