硬件设施很好，可是服务很一般，首先仕的房间电视，空调都有毛病，换一间房。其次早餐很差，完全不匹配，还是老的国营单位的作派

酒店房间还可以，温泉非常非常差，设施陈旧，晚上才可以泡温泉，而且到22：30就结束，外面只开2个池，毛巾也不够，没有休息室，商务出差住宿就可以，如果为泡温泉而来请直接放弃

周四入住，周五去衡山，周六本打算去韶关，结果最终还是再订这间酒店。因为外面下雪，零下二、三度，在这儿住非常舒适，最主要还有个室内泡池，酒店大堂直通，小孩去泡也不会着凉。硬件设施完全五星标准，可能是年末，人不多，这是我最喜欢的～。有机会下次还会来。
