服务太差，把房卡放前台保管，酒店就自己帮我们退房了，客户东西如果在房间遗失了你们负责赔偿吗？还从没见过客户外出游玩就莫名其妙被退房的。以后预定该酒店的都要谨慎。

酒店服务不是很好，设施一般般，电吹风出风口都烧变形了，吹的时候出风口发红也没更换，找服务员还理直气壮的说都是这样，带小孩感觉不安全，很少给差评，这次给个差评，主要是服务态度。服务员素质有待提高。
